To access your personal information, including your address book and order history, you must sign in using your email address and your chukar.com password.

Creating an account allows you to:

     • Store an address book.
     • View your order history.
     • Fast and easy checkout.

Because of security procedures, we cannot retrieve your password and email it to you. However, we can reset the password and send you the new one. The new password will be sent to the address specified when the account was setup.

To access your account information, click on any of the options listed under "My Account" on the left navigation column.

- Changing Account Information
To update your account information, click on “My Information” then update your information and click “Update” at the bottom of your information.

- Address Book
You can save the addresses you use most frequently in an address book. Each shipping address you add during Checkout will automatically be added to your address book.

To manage your address book, click on the "Address Book" link on the left navigation bar, and can view your saved addresses, add, edit, delete an address.

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on the web site. At this time, you would need to re-enter your email address and password in order to access your personal information again.
