If for any reason you would like to exchange or return a gift, we are happy to replace it with another gift or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Please return your package with an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and keep your receipt. Chukar is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. It you are returning a gift because the gift is damaged or the incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for its return.
