When stored in a cool, dry place; the shelf life is 6 months for baking mixes, 9 months for chocolate confections, 12 months for berry & nut mixes, and 18 months for dried fruits and unopened pantry items.

Yes we do but it is a bit more costly. In order to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, we ship chocolate orders packed with ice. The following policies are firm:

o With temperatures over 75 degrees, must ship Express (2-3 day transit).
o With temperatures over 95 degrees, must ship Overnight (1-2 day transit time).
o Orders containing chocolate received after 11 AM PST on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
