Shipments to APOs, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped via USPS. A $10 surcharge
is added to Standard and $15 to Express shipments. Overnight is not
available to APOs, AK, or HI.
- Delivery times are transit time only. Although most orders are shipped the following day, allow up to 48 hours for order processing.
- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: International packages are shipped using US Postal Service. Please call our Customer Service Team at (800) 624-9544 to quote shipping rates and delivery dates.
- An order must be received by 9:00am PST to begin processing the same day for 2nd Day or Overnight delivery.
- No Saturday deliveries. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.
To ensure timely arrival of your package and 100% satisfaction, please purchase your gift ahead of time and specify a ship date. Your card is not charged until just prior to shipping your package.
We recommend shipping early to ensure arrival of your gift for each holiday.

- Orders containing chocolate to destinations over 75°F must be shipped 2nd Day Delivery except for Washington and Oregon. Orders are packed with ice and will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday.
- Orders containing chocolate to destinations over 95°F must be shipped Overnight Delivery except for Washington and Oregon. Orders are packed with ice and will only be shipped Monday - Thursday.
- Orders containing chocolate to destinations over 100°F will be held until temperatures drop.
For each order that is shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number for that package. Please call if you have any questions regarding the status of your packages.
Please verify your order and address before submitting your order. Any additional charges made to Chukar by a shipping carrier for an address correction will be charged to the customer.
