Holiday Commission Sales Position - Part Time (11-22 hours/week) Base Pay Plus Commission
Gourmet, natural food company seeking experienced, energetic Sales Help through the Holiday Season for their stand in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. You will have the opportunity to share the Northwest’s natural bounty with visitors from throughout the world, while enjoying the atmosphere of one of the world’s great open-air markets. This opportunity is perfect for students or folks looking to supplement other part-time work.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Engaging and selling to diverse crowds during busy Holiday season
• Welcoming all customers with enthusiasm and courtesy
• Opening and closing Pike Place booth
• Accurately counting till, making change and filling out daily paperwork
• Stocking and cleaning booth where necessary
Qualifications:
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience, preferably in high-volume, dynamic environments
• Register and money-handling experience
• Reliable transportation (bus is OK) or located near Pike Place Market
• Availability through Holidays (including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve)
• Well-groomed and pleasant appearance
• Current Food Handler’s Permit and experience describing and selling food a plus
• Attention to detail

Chukar Cherries is looking for an EXPERIENCED, energetic, dedicated to detail, individual for our Inside Sales and Customer Relations team at our headquarter office in Prosser, Washington. This person must be able to work independently, possess a working knowledge of MS Office software, and have an ability to learn a customer relations software programs. Successful candidate MUST be able to function in a team environment. Excellent communication skills necessary.
MS Office, Sales experience preferred in retail/inside/outside sales, customer service and food manufacturing environment, Bachelors degree preferred, experience considered in lieu of degree. Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, establish priorities, and knowledge of current gourmet food industry.
