Quick Tip
When used as a substitute in lieu of raisins, Chukar’s dried cherries (and berries) will elevate the flavor and presentation of most any baked good. Prep: Soak dried fruits for 10 minutes in a bit of liquid such as water, orange juice, apple juice or spirits. Drain well, pat dry and fold into the prepared batter mix.
