Corn Nut Cherry Sunflower Seed Nibble

Ingredients:

  • 5 pounds toasted corn nuts
  • 2 1/2 pounds sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon curry powder
  • 3 cups Chukar® Dried Cherries, any variety

    Directions:

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn nuts, sunflower seeds, sugar, oil, and curry powder in a large, oven safe bowl and toss to blend. Transfer bowl to oven and bake 10 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in the cherries. Allow the mixture to cool completely. Store in air tight containers. Makes 7 1/2 pounds.
