Ingredients:
2 ounces Bushmills Irish Whisky, 16 year
Splash Malmsey Madeira
1-2 Chukar® Dried Cherries, any variety

Directions:
Combine Bushmills Irish Whisky and Malmsey Madeira. Garnish drink with a Chukar Cherry.
Mike Beaver, who won a trophy for his Smokey Met Martini in the 1998 Martini Challenge, concocted the drink. The award-winning bartender says, 'Its big and bold and a great drink for the winter months.'
