Peach Surprise Muffins
Ingredients:
14 ounce package banana bread & muffin mix
1 cup Chukar® Vanilla Peach Preserve & Topping
15 to 18 walnut halves

Directions:
Prepare muffin batter by package directions. Fill muffin cups with about 2 tablespoons batter; spoon a tablespoon of Vanilla Peach Preserve; then add more batter, filling cups to about 1/2 full. Top each with a walnut half. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. Yields 15 to 18 muffins.
Extra muffins can be frozen for a month or two.
