  • 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot dry red wine

    Directions:

    Mix together preserve and wine. Serve warm or chilled as an accompaniment to roast beef, roast pork, roast or grilled chicken, turkey, duck or other poultry. Yields about 1 cup.
