  • 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot dry red wine

Mix together sour cherry sauce and wine. Serve warm or chilled as an accompaniment to roast beef, roast pork, roast or grilled chicken, turkey, duck or other poultry. Yields about 1 cup.
