Cherry Peach Aspic
  • One 2.75 ounce package cherry-flavored gelatin
  • 16 ounce jar Chukar® Peach Cherry Salsa
  • 1/2 cup diced canned water chestnuts
  • 1 tablespoon  fresh jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

Prepare gelatin by package directions. When chilled and gelatin is slightly thickened, add salsa, water chestnuts, and jalapeno. Refrigerate until firm, about 5 hours. Yields 6 to 8 servings.

A flavorful accompaniment to grilled or baked meats.
