Espresso Cherry Dip
1 tablespoon instant espresso granules
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon hot water
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces whipped low-fat cream cheese
Bowl of fresh Northwest Sweet Cherries
Dissolve espresso granules and sugar in water; stir in vanilla. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in espresso mixture. Refrigerate until served. Yields 1 cup.
