Espresso Cherry Dip

  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso granules
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces whipped low-fat cream cheese
  • Bowl of fresh Northwest Sweet Cherries


Dissolve espresso granules and sugar in water; stir in vanilla. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in espresso mixture. Refrigerate until served. Yields 1 cup.
