Directions: Soak dried cherries in 1/2 cup water for 8 to 24 hours. Do not drain. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve as a condiment with poultry and meats. Yields 3/4 cup. This refreshing Cherry Salsa adds flavor to rice, pasta, meats, and poultry dishes. Make up ahead and keep sealed in your refrigerator. Contains: |
