Cherry Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
3/4 cup Chukar® Dried Columbia River Tart Cherries
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, sliced
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
1/3 cup toasted pecans, chopped

Directions:
Combine pasta, chicken, cherries, celery, basil and green onion in medium sized bowl. Toss gently with salad dressing until all ingredients are lightly coated. Refrigerate, covered, 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend. Sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
