- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced Washington apples
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup handful Chukar® Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup broken walnuts or cashews
- 2 cups small cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1/2 cup low or non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill up to 1 hour or serve immediately on lettuce lined salad plates.
Serves 4-6.
