Cherry Crepes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 each eggs
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 Jar Chukar® Preserve and Topping
  • 2 cup whipped topping, optional

In blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour. Heat small saute pan, coat bottom with butter, add one ounce of batter and swirl to cover bottom of pan. When top is dry, flip over and cook another minute. Repeat. Fill crepes with your favorite Chukar Preserve, Topping or Filling. Yield: 24 small crepes.
