Antioxidant Fruit Bowl
Ingredients:
1 each fresh lime-juice only
1 each small bundle of fresh seedless grapes
1 each asian pear
1 cup fresh Blueberries
1 each pomegranate
2 ounce Chukar Dried Cherries
2 tablespoon Chukar Red Sour Cherry Preserve
4 each small Tangerine
OR
2 each large navel oranges
1/4 cup fresh orange juice-from citrus above

Directions:
Half the pomegranate and bash out the seeds into fruit bowl. Peel tangerine (or oranges) and cut into pieces. Squeeze enough citrus to yield 1/4 cup juice and discard pulp. Core Asian pear and cut into pieces. Wash grapes and blueberries. Mix all ingredients and juice together in fruit bowl and serve chilled.
