Directions: Half the pomegranate and bash out the seeds into fruit bowl. Peel tangerine (or oranges) and cut into pieces. Squeeze enough citrus to yield 1/4 cup juice and discard pulp. Core Asian pear and cut into pieces. Wash grapes and blueberries. Mix all ingredients and juice together in fruit bowl and serve chilled. Contains: |
