Antioxidant Fruit Bowl
  • 1 each fresh lime-juice only
  • 1 each small bundle of fresh seedless grapes
  • 1 each asian pear
  • 1 cup fresh Blueberries
  • 1 each pomegranate
  • 2 ounce Chukar Dried Cherries
  • 2 tablespoon Chukar Red Sour Cherry Preserve
  • 4 each small Tangerine
  •  OR
  • 2 each large navel oranges
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice-from citrus above

Antioxidant Fruit Bowl (continued)
Half the pomegranate and bash out the seeds into fruit bowl. Peel tangerine (or oranges) and cut into pieces. Squeeze enough citrus to yield 1/4 cup juice and discard pulp. Core Asian pear and cut into pieces. Wash grapes and blueberries. Mix all ingredients and juice together in fruit bowl and serve chilled.
