Chocolate Cherry Bread PuddingIngredients:

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat four individual custard cups with cooking spray. Divide cubed bread and chocolate covered cherries among the four cups. Warm the milk in saucepan and add beaten egg, vanilla, and orange zest. Stir well. Pour warm mixture over cubed bread and press lightly with back of spoon to moisten bread. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until tops appear firm and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle cocoa powder on the tops and serve warm. Whipped cream is a nice addition. Chukar Chocolate-Covered Cherries: Cabernet, Amaretto Rainier, Black Forest, Pinot Noir or Classic Chocolate Cherries. They all work deliciously! Contains: |
