Irish Soda BreadIngredients:

Directions: Heat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Slowly add eggs, sour cream and cherries until ingredients are just blended. Pour half the batter into each of two greased 8x4 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and an inserted fork comes out clean. Contains: |
