Directions: Soak dried cherries in wine vinegar. Saute shallot in 1 tablespoon oil until soft. Combine both mixtures together and let stand 15 minutes. In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Slowly combine mixtures and drizzle over salad. Contains: |
