Lemon Cherry Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Chukar® Dried Tart Cherries
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Mix together dried cherries, lemon or lime juice, oil, mustard, sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
