Shrimp Cherry Salad


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup Chukar® Dried Cherries, any variety
  • 1/2 broken walnuts or cashews
  • 2 cups small cooked and peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 cup low or non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill up to 1 hour or serve immediately on lettuce lined salad plates. Serves 4-6.
