Chicken-Kumquat Skewers
Ingredients:
10 bamboo skewers5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts10 kumquats, whole10 Chukar® Dried Bing Cherries

Directions:
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning during cooking. Cut each chicken breast into 6 pieces. On each skewer alternate 3 pieces of chicken with a dried cherry and a kumquat.
Meanwhile, heat grill to high heat. Brush each skewer lightly with oil. Place on grill and cook until chicken is cooked throughout, turning often. Serve with Spicy Cherry Catsup. Yields 10 servings.
