Cherry Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup Chukar® Dried Tart Cherries, chopped

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup pecans, chopped

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine dried cherries, blue cheese, walnuts and pecans, in a medium bowl. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well. Chill about 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
