Directions:
Soak dried cherries in apple juice or water for at least 10 minutes. Drain well. In medium bowl, mix cranberry sauce, pineapple and horseradish. Stir in cherries. Transfer to serving bowl, serve immediately or cover and chill until serving. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
Nice accompaniment for meats, seafood, and poultry. A quick, flavorful condiment with a bite!
