Brandied Cherry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup Chukar® Dried Rainier Cherries
1/2 cup Cognac or Brandy

Directions:
Soften one pint of vanilla ice cream at room temperature, about 1 hour. Stir in dried cherries soaked overnight in 1/2 cup Cognac or brandy. Return to freezer for several hours before serving.
