Berry Truffle Ice Cream
Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup Chukar® Berry Truffles

Directions:
Soften ice cream in a bowl. Halve chocolate berries using a sharp knife. Stir into ice cream. Re-pack in original ice cream carton or a covered freezer container; re-freeze. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
