Cherry Bread PuddingIngredients:

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss bread cubes with melted butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and toss with bread cubes. Place in a buttered 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with dried cherries. In medium bowl; combine half-and-half, brown sugar, eggs and salt. Pour egg mixture over bread. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve with Quick Cherry Maple Syrup.
