Minimum Order
Minimum wholesale orders are $150.00. A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to any order less than $150.00. Chukar Cherries ships products in full case quantities only.
Shipping Charges
We ship F.O.B. Prosser, WA using FedEx and UPS. Customers may request their preferred carrier or Chukar Cherries’ Shipping Department will select the most cost and time efficient method on behalf of the customer. We are able to ship collect on a customer’s UPS or FedEx account. Please allow 48 hours for all shipping rate quotes.
- Orders containing chocolate bound for destinations over 75°F must be shipped 2nd Day Delivery except for Washington and Oregon or within 2 business day standard transit time. Orders are packed with ice and will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday. There is no additional charge for ice packs.
- Orders containing chocolate bound for destinations over 95°F must be shipped Overnight Delivery except for Washington and Oregon. Orders are packed with ice and will only be shipped Monday - Thursday.
- Orders containing chocolate bound for destinations over 100°F will be held until temperatures drop.
Credit terms
- Customers may apply for credit terms (Net 30) after the first order. A Credit Application must be completed with a minimum of five references. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Download Credit Application
- All first-time orders must be prepaid using a credit card, money order or company check. If you choose to pay using a check, please allow time for check to clear prior to shipment.
- Application completion does not guarantee credit terms will be approved.
- After credit terms have been extended, the second and third orders require 50% down payment with credit card or check prior to shipment with balance due within 30 days. If the balance is not paid within 30 days, a 1.5% finance charge will be applied and future credit will not be extended.
Damage, Discrepancies, Claims
Any damage, order discrepancy or other claim must be submitted to Chukar Cherries first via a phone call to (800) 624-9544 and then either fax (509) 786-2591 or e-mail Teresa Garcia within 10 days of the delivery date of the disputed order.
Sample Policy
Chukar Cherries recommends that you provide samples of our products to your customers. We sell sample product at product’s unit price. Limit 4 samples per order.
UPC Codes
UPC Codes consist of Chukar’s manufacturer number (011261) followed by the product code and check number.
Kosher
All Chukar® products are Kosher certified by KOF-K.
