Chukar Cherries celebrates the 100th anniversary National Cherry Blossom Festival

This month Washington, D.C. will commence the celebration of 100 years of cherry blossoms in the nation's capitol. On the opposite coast, Northwest specialty food company Chukar Cherries is celebrating with an expanded line of blossom-themed gifts. The gifts feature dried cherries covered in artisan chocolate, all natural cherry sauces, and green tea.

Chukar Cherries Gives Back to Community in 2011

Chukar Cherries launched Social Responsibility Gifting and targeted their giving toward local causes in 2011. A major portion of the donations went to community organizations such as the Historic Downtown Prosser Association and Oregon's Wallowa Resources. Donations were also made to Autism Speaks, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and numerous community projects.
