Cherry Chipotle Chicken & Peach Kabobs

Easy 25 minutes Serves 2-4 people
Spice up your summer cookout with these beautiful kabobs!


  1. 1-1.5 lbs boneless-skinless chicken breast
  2. 2 firm peaches
  3. 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
  4. ½ red onion
  5. 1 jar Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Grilling Sauce
  6. olive oil
  7. salt & pepper


  1. Cube chicken in to large 2” chunks. Slice bell peppers into 1-2” squares. Slice onion into large pieces. Cut peaches in half and gently remove pits (removing the pit may be difficult; try using a spoon and scooping it out).
  1. Coat chopped ingredients in olive oil, salt and pepper. Skewer fruit, veggies and chicken.
  1. Grill on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Chicken should reach 165°. Once thoroughly cooked, brush kabobs with Chukar® Chipotle Cherry Grilling Sauce and grill for 2-3 minutes longer on each side.
  1. Remove from grill and serve with extra sauce on the side!
