We use the following guidelines to ensure orders containing chocolate arrive in perfect condition:
• When temperatures are 75-95°F en route, orders ONLY ship 2-DAY DELIVERY, Monday-Wednesday.
• When temperatures are 96-100°F en route, orders ONLY ship OVERNIGHT DELIVERY, Monday-Thursday.
• When temperatures exceed 100°F en route, orders will be held until temperatures drop.

• Orders for ALASKA (AK) and HAWAII (HI) are generally shipped via US Postal Service.
• We are unable to offer Overnight Delivery to AK and HI due to our rural location.
• For Standard delivery to AK, HI, and APO addresses add $10 surcharge to STANDARD rate above.
• For Express Delivery to AK and HI, add $15 surcharge to 2-DAY rate above.

• Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.

Typically we ship orders within 2 business days. For Wedding & Event Favors, please allow 1 week. Depending on your destination, delivery takes approximately:
• Standard: 3-5 business days
• 2-Day: 2 business days
• Overnight: 1 business day
• Transit times are estimated based on delivery to a physical location within the contiguous US only. Transit time via the Post Office for PO Box/APO/AK/HI orders vary on the ship-to location and ship method. Delivery times include transit time only. Although most orders are shipped the following day, allow up to 48 hours for order processing. We will make every effort to ship orders received before 9:00am PT on the day they are ordered.
Yes. Simply specify your preferred arrival date during checkout. Your card will not be charged until your package ships. We recommend shipping early to ensure pre-holiday delivery. Package may arrive sooner depending on recipient's location. Call 800-624-9544 for specific transit times.
Once your order has shipped you may:

• Track your package using the tracking number emailed to you.
Delivery service will depend on your destination. Delivery to a street address will be fulfilled by UPS. Delivery to a PO Box, APO, or international address will be fulfilled by US Postal Service.
No. We don’t require a signature for packages. However, the carrier will use their discretion in deciding whether packages can be left at the door or not.
No. We include your gift message, a packing slip with no prices, and a Chukar Cherries catalog.
