How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, we ship your order within two business days from when your order is placed. During the month of December, please allow an additional 2 days.
For Wedding Favors; please allow 1 to 2 weeks.
Depending on your desired shipping method and destination location, delivery takes:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 days
- Express Shipping: 2 days

- ALASKA (AK) and HAWAII (HI) destinations are generally shipped via the US Postal Service. We are unable to offer Overnight Delivery to AK and HI due to our rural location.
- For Standard Delivery to AK and HI, add a $10.00 surcharge.
- For Express Delivery to AK and HI, add a $15.00 surcharge.
- Delivery times are transit time only. Although most orders are shipped the following day, allow up to 48 hours for order processing.
- An order must be received by 9:00am PST to begin processing the same day for 2nd Day or Overnight delivery.
- No Saturday deliveries. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday.

We use the following guidelines to ensure orders with chocolate arrive in perfect condition:
- When temperatures are over 75 degrees, orders ONLY ship 2ND DAY DELIVERY.
- When temperatures are over 95 degrees, orders ONLY ship OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.
- Orders received on Wednesday after 11 am PST will SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you may:
1. Log into your account and select ‘Order History’ to track your packages.
2. Track your package by the tracking number emailed to you.
Who will deliver my order?
Delivery service will depend on what type of address your order is being shipped to. Delivery to a street address will be delivered by UPS and delivery to a PO Box, APO, or international address will be delivered by United States Postal Service (USPS).
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No. Your package will be left at your door.
When sending a gift, do the prices appear in the paperwork with the gift?No. We include your gift message, packing slip with no prices, and a Chukar Cherries catalog.
Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account number?
We will happily charge your account number for orders over $500.
