Teresa leads the team of Customer Service Representatives and Retail Store Managers who interact directly with our valued customers. Her team is responsible for sales and customer satisfaction in all channels; retail, wholesale, mail order, internet, corporate gift, and fundraising. Teresa’s broad and extensive experience sets her apart. Over the years she’s had key roles in production, shipping, retail, marketing, and sales. Anyone who has worked with Teresa will attest that she exceeds expectations.
