Columbia Valley Red Blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Primitivo): Black Cherry notes combine with undertones of light oak and coffee for a rich aromatic wine with a smooth finish. A versatile wine that pairs well with dried Northwest cherries and high cacao chocolates.
Columbia Valley White Wine (Albariño): Refreshingly bright and fruit forward, this wine has aromatics of stone fruits mixed with light tropical notes and a crisp finish. Pairs beautifully with the natural sweetness of dried Northwest cherries and high cacao chocolates.
Pistachio Cherry: No sugar added. The tangy taste of Bings, Rainiers, and Tart cherries mixed with shelled pistachios. Heart healthy.
Triple Cherry Nut Mix: Northwest-grown Bings, Rainiers, and Organic Totally Tart dried cherries with pistachios and almonds. No sugar added.
Classic Dark Cherries: Northwest-grown, dried cherries panned in artisan dark chocolate using Old World copper kettles. A customer favorite.
Honey Pecans: The obsession-worthy combination of honey roasted praline pecans coated in premium milk chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar.

Real Ingredients, Minimally Processed
- Northwest-grown cherries are air dried at our facility in Eastern Washington
- Approximately 5 lbs of fresh cherries are used to create 1 dried pound
- Dried cherries are coated with premium chocolate blends in old-fashioned copper kettles
- Everything is made fresh and shipped fresh
- All of our products are free of preservatives or anything artificial

A few notes on a notable artist…
Both wine labels are illustrated by Jim Hays. Over 35 years ago, Jim and Pam started working together to create a library of Northwest fruit and nut illustrations to build the Chukar brand. It grew into a continuing friendship and partnership. Chukar’s introduction of Washington wine with Chukar chocolate is a perfect way to thank Jim Hays and recognize his timeless artistry and heartfelt contribution to Chukar Cherries.
