Bloody Mary with Spicy Pickled Asparagus

  1. Cut lemon in half and run it around the lip of the glass. Cut one round from the lemon and save for the garnish. Juice the remainder.
  2. Dip glass in coarse salt and fill with ice.
  3. In a shaker combine lemon juice, tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Shake and pour over ice in glass.
  5. Garnish with a shake of pepper, a spear of Chukar® Washington State Pickled Asparagus, skewered garlic and green olives, and a slice of lemon.
