Bloody Mary with Spicy Pickled Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- Coarse sea salt
- 3 ounces tomato juice
- 1 ounce vodka
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco sauce

Garnish
- Fresh ground pepper
- Chukar® Washington State Pickled Asparagus
- Garlic cloves
- Green olives
Directions
- Cut lemon in half and run it around the lip of the glass. Cut one round from the lemon and save for the garnish. Juice the remainder.
- Dip glass in coarse salt and fill with ice.
- In a shaker combine lemon juice, tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
- Shake and pour over ice in glass.
- Garnish with a shake of pepper, a spear of Chukar® Washington State Pickled Asparagus, skewered garlic and green olives, and a slice of lemon.
