Very Cherry Baked Brie

Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 8 ounce wheel of brie
- ⅓ cup Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly
- 1 teaspoon pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Parsley, roughly chopped
- Lime
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium sauté pan, heat up oil and cook onions until golden, about 15 minutes.
- Place wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Evenly spread Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly on top. Add caramelized onions and sprinkle with pine nuts.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until brie is melted through.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the brie. Sprinkle parsley, salt, and pepper on top. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
