Cherry Chipotle Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 4 teaspoons turbinado sugar
  • 2 teaspoons smoked salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloins, trimmed of silverskin
  • 1 cup Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat a charcoal grill to 350°-400°F.
  2. Mix the salt, sugar, and spices together in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Pat the tenderloins dry with paper towel and rub with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the tenderloins, turning occasionally, until they reach an internal temp of 145° (about 22-25 minutes).
  5. Brush with Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce and cook another minute per side.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, cut into thin slices, and serve with remaining sauce.
  7. If cooking in an oven rather than on the grill, heat oven to 400°F and cook 20-25 minutes until internal temperature of meat reaches 145°F. Do not turn the pork loin while cooking.
