Cherry Chipotle Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 4-pound pork butt roast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Water
- Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce
- 10-12 sandwich buns or rolls
Directions
- Liberally season the pork roast with salt and pepper and place fat-side-up in the crock pot.
- Fill crock pot with water until pork is nearly submerged.
- Cook for 3 hours on high.
- Pour 1 jar of Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce over the meat in the crock pot.
- Continue to cook for 2 to 3 hours until meat is easy to shred.
- As time passes, shred the meat as it softens with two forks or pull by hand, discarding any bones and fat.
- Assemble the sandwiches and serve the remaining sauce over top and on the side.
