Cherry Pepper Jelly Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) block feta
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, add cream cheese, feta, pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese and feta mixture over the baguette slices. Top each with a dollop of Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly.
  4. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh rosemary.
