Cherry Panna Cotta

  1. Combine gelatin and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Let stand until gelatin softens.
  2. Meanwhile, combine heavy whipping cream, half-and-half, and sugar in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and immediately stir in gelatin mixture until well combined. Let the mixture cool to slightly above room temperature (stirring occasionally).
  3. Once cooled, stir in vanilla. Divide between 6 ramekins or other small dishes and refrigerate until set, about four hours.
  4. Dip ramekins, one at a time, into a bowl of hot water for three seconds. Run a thin knife around the edge of each ramekin and invert onto the center of a small plate.
  5. Top each panna cotta with 2 tablespoons of Chukar® Cherries Jubilee Dessert Sauce. Garnish with a single Chukar® Dessert Cherries and serve.
