Tostada with Peach Cherry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 corn or flour tortillas (6-inch)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 avocado, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Chukar® Peach Cherry Salsa
  • 1 lime

Directions

  1. Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
  2. When hot, lightly toast tortillas (about two minutes per side).
  3. Meanwhile, warm beans slightly.
  4. Top tostadas with beans, sliced avocado, sliced onions, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and a generous dollop of Chukar® Peach Cherry Salsa.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice and serve warm.
