Tostada with Peach Cherry Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 corn or flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 avocado, sliced lengthwise
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh cilantro
- Chukar® Peach Cherry Salsa
- 1 lime
Directions
- Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking spray.
- When hot, lightly toast tortillas (about two minutes per side).
- Meanwhile, warm beans slightly.
- Top tostadas with beans, sliced avocado, sliced onions, halved cherry tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and a generous dollop of Chukar® Peach Cherry Salsa.
- Drizzle with lime juice and serve warm.
