Directions
- Provide small bowls and spoons for pepper jelly, salsa, and olives.
- Arrange cherries, asparagus, pickled vegetables, and nuts toward the inside of the board.
- Charcuterie boards benefit from variety, so consider different cheese shapes—wedges, wheels, rectangles, and pyramids. Estimate 16 ounces of cheese for every five guests. Position any hard cheeses on the outside of the board for easy serving or consider pre-cutting. Provide a different knife for each type of cheese and allow to reach room temperature before serving.
- Slice bread thinly and arrange with colorful crackers around the edge of the board.
- Garnish with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary.
- Pair with Chukar® Columbia Valley Red Wine Blend.
- For a unique taste of our region, consider pairing Chukar® dried fruit, cherry savories, and wine with Northwest cheeses and meats from our Pike Place Market neighbor, DeLaurenti. DeLaurenti offers a thoughtful collection of cheese and salami made in Washington and Oregon.
