Ingredients

Chukar® Maraschino Cherries
2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon whiskey
1 cup ice cubes
Garnish: orange twist
Pair with: Chukar® ORGANIC Chocolate Tarts

Directions

Take 2 teaspoons of cherry syrup from the Chukar® Maraschino Cherries. Mix together the cherry syrup, bitters, and Bourbon in an Old Fashioned glass.
Add ice cubes.
To make an orange twist, cut off both ends of an orange, then use a spoon to remove the fruit inside. Slice the remaining rind lengthwise into quarter-inch strips. Wipe the rim of your glass with the rind side of the orange peel, then twist to release the rind's oils and drop into the drink.
Top off with a single Chukar® Maraschino Cherry.
