Cherry Chipotle Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 jar Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce
- 4 limes
- Scallions, for garnish
Directions
- Soak bamboo skewers in warm water for one hour.
- Rinse the shrimp in warm water and pat dry with paper towel.
- Empty the jar of Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce into large bowl and add the shrimp.
- Let the shrimp marinate in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. Put the bowl in the refrigerator if marinating longer.
- Slice the limes into small wedges and finely chop the scallions.
- On each skewer, place at least four shrimp. Cook the skewers on a hot grill for a few minutes per side.
- Garnish with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of scallions.
- Pairs well with grilled pineapple, cheesy grits, and chilled Prosecco.
