Pistachio Cherry Cheese Log

Ingredients
- ½ cup Chukar® Pistachio Cherry Mix, finely chopped
- 10.5 ounce goat cheese log
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Allow goat cheese to warm to room temperature (about 20 minutes).
- Combine chopped Chukar® Pistachio Cherry Mix with sea salt.
- Place a piece of plastic wrap on the counter. Spoon the pistachio cherry mixture onto the plastic wrap in a long rectangle.
- Roll the cheese log in the pistachio cherry mixture until evenly coated. Dab the ends of the log into the mixture, so that the entire log is coated.
- Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes prior to serving.
