Dried Cherry & Wine Pairing

  1. White wine is best with Rainier cherries. Red wine is best with Bings or tarts.
  2. Spear 3-4 cherries onto the tip of each bamboo skewer.
  3. Place each cherry-filled skewer into glass of wine for 30 seconds up to 5 minutes. Complete submerge cherries.
  4. Once the cherries have absorbed some wine, enjoy!
