Dried Cherry & Wine Pairing

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Chukar® Columbia Valley Chardonnay
- 1 bag Chukar® Rainier Cherries
- 6-inch bamboo knot top skewers
Directions
- White wine is best with Rainier cherries. Red wine is best with Bings or tarts.
- Spear 3-4 cherries onto the tip of each bamboo skewer.
- Place each cherry-filled skewer into glass of wine for 30 seconds up to 5 minutes. Complete submerge cherries.
- Once the cherries have absorbed some wine, enjoy!
