Do you offer Volume Discounts?

Yes, we offer volume discounts to help you reach your gifting needs.

10%	$1,001 – 2,500
15%	$2,501 – 5,000
20%	$5,001 & Above

*Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

If you place one order online your discount will automatically apply (if you place multiple orders online the volume savings will not automatically apply to each order). If you need to place multiple orders, please use our multi-recipient order form, or e-mail your list to corporate@chukar.com and we will apply your volume discount.

Can you ship to multiple recipients?

Yes, if you have more than 10 recipients please use our multi-recipient order form or e-mail your list along with your desired gift and gift message to corporate@chukar.com and we will get back to you in one business day with a quote. If you have less than 10 recipients, you can place your order online by adding all your gifts to cart and select “ship to multiple addresses”. You will need to create a customer account with all your addresses.

Can I add my logo to a gift?

Yes, we offer complimentary customization for orders over $500. Your logo can be added to any tin, big jar, assortment or gift card. Provide your logo as a PNG or JPEG image, resolution 300dpi. You may choose from our pre-made label designs or create your own. If you are interested in customization, please call 800-624-9544, Mon thru Fri, 8am-5pm, PST or e-mail corporate@chukar.com.

What is the lead time for custom gifts?

We can ship custom orders in approximately two business days once we have your approved logo design, gift selection, gift message, addresses, and payment method.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer a flat rate of $12.95 ground shipping per recipient.

Do you have my gift list from last year?

If you have ordered with us before we can send your gift list with your past recipients and gift selections for you to edit. Just e-mail corporate@chukar.com or call 800-624-9544 to request your gift list.
